Very clearly slices that are not from the same pie and that is incredibly disappointing and frustrating . I paid in cash upon delivery and have no way to get my money back and do not feel safe enough to eat the food.
The main complaint: NOBODY WAS WEARING GLOVES!!! Most important tip: when ordering online, check the coupons before you do anything else The details: I ordered online. When you order online, first thing check the coupon section! The coupons are really good but they change all the time, so you can't just reorder your last order for the same price. In this case it was $19.99 for a 2 liter coke, 2 mediums pizzas with one topping each, 8 cinnamon twists, and 8 parmesan bites. At the place, once our order was ready and we came to the counter to pick it up, nobody was there. They were all working in the back, and we waited another 10, if not 15, minutes until our order was ACTUALLY ready. Moreover, as we're watching them make our pizzas as well as other orders, we notice that not a single person is wearing gloves. They're just dumping their hands into the toppings containers and not even wiping/rinsing their hands in between. What about allergies? What about people who don't eat meat? They pick up raw pepperoni with the same hands that they then dip into olives to put on a different person's pizza? I really don't understand how they are allowed to do this.
If you want your food Delivered please Do NOT pay with a Debit/Credit. The delivery men will either not show up or they will call you from a different number requesting you come downstairs there’s always an issue, but if you pay in CASH for delivery they have no issue coming to deliver due to the employees needing to get paid. The delivery service overall sucks & The delivery workers aren’t pleasant, spoken by me & few of my neighbors in my apartment complex
just look at all the one star reviews and order from somewhere else. Delivery drivers will mark everything as delivers even when it doesn’t show up, and then deliver it about half an hour later. These people are slow, just order from somewhere else
I think there's some misunderstanding about the gloves, I spoke with the lady there and she was very nice and explained to me that they're actually not supposed to wear gloves with the type of food they're handling, because they are supposed to keep washing their hands. It's part of the rules from Dominoes to prevent bacteria from spreading BECAUSE of gloves. I saw her wash her hands before and after handling the food and taking it out of the oven. The store was clean and the workers were courteous even after I asked about the gloves. They had a good attitude which is rare nowadays. Sometimes you can ask before you jump to conclusions. I don't think this location deserves all the complaints and bad ratings, but I can understand the confusion.
