I order a pizza from this restaurant 10/14 after walking 15 minutes to my hotel and started eating the pizza I realized that the slice of pizza I was eating from had a piece or bacon or ham. I contacted the restaurant and was told that they will remake a pizza for me which I am a 15 minute walk one way however I told him that I will not be able to the guy over the phone rudely said or I will refund the order which he did which I guess was ok with them that I have nothing to eat. I contacted customer service which they took my information and said that someone will contact me because it’s a franchise own restaurant to date no one contacted me. Since I don’t eat pork because of religion beliefs. In the first place if the ingredients were handle properly I wouldn’t have gotten the extra piece of meat I did not order. Also the guy who made my pizza was at the cash register and then he went to the prep table and started making my pizza without gloves or washing his hands that is not acceptable and where is the proper hygiene.
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a Domino’s before. When the app said my pizza was ready, I went to pick it up, only for the guy at the counter to tell me I had to wait another 24 minutes. I waited again, went back, and instead of helping me, he actually shouted at me and told me to cancel my order. His attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, and the way he spoke to me was completely unacceptable. The only decent part of the whole visit was the older man working there—he apologized and was genuinely polite. If it weren’t for him, this would’ve been even worse. I’ll be contacting the corporate number as well because this kind of behavior shouldn’t be happening at any location. Extremely bad experience and definitely not coming back.
Victor provided excellent customer service during my recent visit. I asked for a fresh cut and for him to wash his hands before preparing my pizza, and he handled everything very professionally with a great attitude. The pizza came out perfect, and I really appreciated his attention to cleanliness and customer care. Thank you, Victor, for making the experience great!
One thing that you can always count on Dominos for is their terrible service and rude attitude from miserable employees. Order for pick up and it is not ready in 2 hours. When it is ready, it’s missing stuff. Never do I ever wanna be at a dominos again.
Went in last night to order a medium pizza- menu starts at 17.99 so I presumed 23ish with tax. The man told me it was 35.26… I asked for a receipt to see and refused before I paid. I called again today and no manager. I then called another store to ask the price of the same pizza. 21!!!! So I called the store and he said again I can’t give you a copy of the receipt before paying. Clearly knew who I was from last night and kept hanging up on me. 5times!!!! Scam store and so rude! Man in question
