I ordered 2 pies one was extra cheese plain the other was extra cheese extra sausage and extra pepperoni plus a side of cinnamon sticks, I was charged 50 bucks and the order was completely wrong. I called to speak to a manager and they had music louder in the background that he couldn’t understand anything I was saying. I’m definitely calling corporate on them for overcharging me and not sending what I paid for..
Send me 2 pizza so thin that I couldnt believe my eye. Mind you i order regular crush. Call so they can resend my order and was told I have to wait almost one hour for my reorder when i have kids waiting. He was not even able to give me a fair explanation as to why my pizza was so thin and didnt gave no solution either. O let me guess I have the answer they using unauthorized pizza dough which means when a dough go bad they have to throw away, but instead not to have food to waste. They use that anyways. Disgusting.
DISGUSTING. I ordered two pies for my classes party and one of my kid finds a bug on their pizza. I save the piece and call. They refused refund unless I bring whole pizza. I tell them my kids ate the pizza but I have the piece with the bug he refuses and hangs up on me. I go to the store with customer service on the phone and they say only credit which I refuse because I will not be coming back. Two days later customer service calls back and was just as rude as the store people telling me anyone could’ve put a bug in a napkin with some pizza and without the pizza there’s no refund which makes no sense so don’t even bother going here.
Quality of the pizzas at this location have gone down for me. (Originally 4 out of 5 stars) I mistakenly ordered with tomato sauce when I wanted the garlic parmesan. I knew they would just throw away the original order so I kept it. Instead of re-ordering again from 167th location I went to Burnside and got a new order (same topping just different sauce). ***Picture taken 9/9/2025 (Left slice is from 167th and the right slice is from the Burnside locate).
The people who work there move slow, they don’t care about customer service, they call before they are even downstairs when delivering, in store they have no communication skills. I’m always frustrated when doing any business here
