We ordered the boneless Cheesling, but they mixed it up and gave us the Golden Original instead. They also left out the radish we asked for. The staff member taking the order was on the phone the whole time, which probably threw things off.
I came in to pick up chicken and fries on Saturday Nov. 15, 2025 at 1:09pm. Got 2 orders and neither came with the radish even though it was SPECIFIED on the receipt. The chicken became soggy so fast, and I've never had this problem with any other location. The employee seemed dismissive of customers. Told them I was gere for a pick-up but they didn't ask for any information and just waited 'til I did her job for her.
I got a hair on my chicken and then I told store guy who takes my order hey got hair on my food. He doesn’t care. He saying it’s my hair. He’s behavior was so bad. He doesn’t know how to speak with customer.
We’ve ordered from this store multiple times before it was bought out by a franchise but ever since the chicken has downgraded and so salty. If you like to order salt with a side of chicken this would be your goto. The lady who answered the phone was super nice but also didn’t sound like she was too familiar with their menu. No one in my family wanted to eat the rest of it
I got a small chicken pack for $14 and then I got a side of rice and that was enough to fill up for the rest of the day. The chicken is delectable. It’s actually so delicious and it’s so crispy and it has like absolutely no tendons no fat no anything it legit is just chicken like it’s crispy chicken it’s so delicious. The rice added such a nice texture for the chicken and then I also got some pickled radish on the side, which was also the crunch and the vinegar is I needed and 10 out of 10 would come again like it’s so good
