Favorite spot for Korean fried chicken in NJ. 2nd time going, cause I really love their red hot pepper chicken, which is ACTUALLY spicy. Their chicken is always crispy on the outside and moist on the inside👌👌 Their hotdog was also crispy with an amazing chewy dough. Would recommend eating right away for a cheese pull. The cheese cooled down for me by the time I got home. Overall, love that it’s not greasy :)

My buddy and I went here this afternoon and I am so glad we did! This was my first time trying a Korean style fried chicken restaurant and I can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this! The menu isn’t too overwhelming but there are plenty of things I would love to try. This time we ordered the garlic soy and the hot and spicy tenders. We opted for the Tikkudak variety which means that after the chicken is fried they put it in the oven and bake it for an extra crispy texture. The chicken was amazingly crispy and evenly coated in delicious sauce! My favorite was the garlic soy by far! The spicy chicken was hot but not absurdly spicy. I have a reasonably high tolerance for spice so if you are sensitive to it I would be careful! This was one of the few times I’ve had fried tenders when I didn’t feel the need to sink them in ranch. I’ll absolutely come back as I want to try some of the other flavors. The people that run the restaurant are also super friendly and welcoming! I love local restaurants like this! Highly recommended!

This is my new favorite Korean fried chicken spot. It’s rich in flavor and texture. The meat is more juicy than my previous go to (Boom Boom and Bon Chon) in the area. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. Very limited parking and seating, so it’s mostly a takeout spot. Highly recommend trying if you want the best Korean Fried chicken. My go to is the OG soy garlic and spicy wings. They also offer Korean corn dogs which seem to be really popular but I’ve yet to try them yet.

I start this review by saying I am a wing connoisseur, I've tried them all. With that said, these wings are pretty good. I live down the road so it's an easy pickup compared to making the walk or drive down to MaMa's. How do they compare? Different flavors for sure, wing size here is larger given the price difference between the two chains, breading is similar but slightly different. While you get more bang for the buck at MaMa's, support your local businesses and stop by because of their variety. My go to flavor is the red hot pepper, if you are not a hot ones enjoyer, be aware because it's actually spicy; significantly more than the spicy garlic. The kick reminds me of ghost pepper but I could be wrong. The spicy garlic was good but something about it keeps me from re-ordering it. For those wondering you can also get the sauce on the side if you want!

We just ordered the soy garlic tikkudak, red hot pepper tikkudak and snow onion flavors. We got a total of 30 pieces for my family of four. They really hit the spot! Since we live in Palisades Park we called and walked over to pick it up. They had our order ready within 25 minutes. You can really taste the charcoal flavor in the tikkudak. The red hot pepper has just the right amount of spice. I think when they first opened it was way too spicy. Now they brought it down a notch and it's perfect, in my opinion. I saw the Grubhub sign on the door so you can order through Grubhub since they don't deliver. I noticed they didn't include gloves or napkins or utensils but I saw various sauces and napkins in the restaurant. We just forgot to grab them. The chicken is a bit pricier than other Korean chicken places but it's worth it! They gave us a 15% discount for paying in cash so make sure you have some on you. We asked for extra radish and they gave us 3 little containers, one for each box containing 10 wings. That was more than enough since we got the snow onion flavor. The snow onion came with the onion and sauce in separate containers. Smart, so the chicken doesn't get soggy. I can't wait till our next chicken and beer night! 😋
