I am sharing this to warn the Asian community to avoid this location. I experienced blatant racial discrimination and harassment here. I am Asian, and when I arrived, there were two other Asian customers already waiting. Despite us being there first, the staff ignored all three of us to immediately serve a white customer who walked in after us. I had to ask four or five times for assistance, making it clear I was there for a pickup, yet I was intentionally ignored until every other customer had left the shop. The treatment became even more hostile when the staff finally "helped" me. Despite me speaking clearly, the employee claimed he "couldn't understand my English." He forced me to repeat the name on the order and my phone number over and over again, feigning confusion even when I was just repeating four simple digits. It was a clear attempt to humiliate me, as he had no trouble understanding the white customer on the first try just moments before. This isn't just bad service, it is targeted, racist behavior. They will take your money, but they will not treat you with respect. Asian customers, take your business elsewhere.
Placed the oder online for pick up. Dirty place, workers had dirty hands, cash handling and making pizza without washing hands. quality was cheap. I orded three pies for 4 children. 2 1/2 pies left to put in the fridge. Was so gross and poor taste. My 2 boys asked for p&j sandwiches. I had to try it myself and was so disappointed. I will never go back
I don't understand why there are so many people disliking this Papa John's. The food is phenomenal and the employees are friendly. The price is definitely reasonable. But I'm bothered by the atmosphere. It is unwelcoming, like a hospital. The talking between the employees kind of makes me forget about it though.
What can I say, it's Papa Johns. This isn't the best pizza option, but should deliver quickly, etc. The staff is insanely rude. Truly awful people. I miss John's Pizza across the street. Much better quality. And, they actually valued customers.
Order a 2 pizzas from this place and everyone who ate got sick throwing up, 0 stars is more appropriate. Someone needs to call the health department and have this place shut down, I see many reviews with same outcome.
