Good tofu place, been around a long time, good service and food. First came here 20 years ago. Tofu could be softer but still good. Bon chon selection was normal, I like the cucumbers in larger pieces as you can taste the cucumber juice and not just the chilli. Oyster tofu soup had big pieces of oysters. Prices are normal. Parking is limited.
5/5 stars for their stew! we had their mild tofu stew and it was delicious and perfect! -FREE parking! -excellent bon chons -6% discount if you pay cash -ribs were flavorful -i love trebokki and it was a little flavorless :( highly recommend for the stew! they have tofu, seafood and a bunch of options!
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and everything is always delicious! Ultimate comfort meal in a homey place.
I was en route home back to Boston from the Princeton University area in New Jersey and had a craving for Korean food. Chose this location as it was less than a 5 minute detour from my journey. It was in reality really really convenient being so close to NYC and got off before I had to sit in the dreaded George Washington Bridge traffic. There was limited parking at the restaurant itself but found a public parking lot, 1/4 block away, for under $2. I ordered the Seafood Tofu Soup with Ramen and was smittened with the Oysters that were served in the soup. For me the oysters made the dish! They were mouth-wateringly tender, delicate and flavorful ::drooling:: I will in the future order the Oyster Tofu Soup. Yummm!!! The service was prompt and the food came out fast. Complimentary tea and banchan were a nice addition. After a satisfyingly delicious meal, the wait in traffic on the bridge didn't seem so bad. :)
Our only complaint is the seafood pancake that has so little seafood. The rest we ordered (bbq beef, tofu soup, chicken soup) were all very good!
