Very nice store, quiet, clean, fast service and the most important thing is super tasty, my friend order my coffee when I was coming out of the train and when I get it was ready, the employees were smiling and polite
Very disappointing experience. When we entered the store, there were only two employees present, yet no one acknowledged us or seemed interested in helping at first. After waiting, a female employee finally served us, but her attitude was unfriendly. There was no greeting, no “How can I help you?”, and no goodbye. The donuts were carelessly thrown into the bag and tossed over the counter, and she looked visibly annoyed the entire time. Customer service was completely lacking, and we left feeling unwelcome. Definitely not the experience you expect from Dunkin’.
How many times should I say excuse me before she gets off her phone to take my order? I walked out and left after about 3 minutes of her ignoring me.
Awesome Dunkin’! They have the new coffee on tap here and their donuts were fresh. Coffee tastes amazing too. The woman who took our order was very nice and smiled. The employees work efficiently and make sure to get your order out quickly. I will definitely be coming back here during my visit in NYC.
Such a good service. Thank to the woman working there always smiling and welcoming. I returned there just for her! Donuts always good and tasty!
