The girl working as a barista this morning, February 4, 2026, seemed rude to me because of the way she responded to customers. I asked her about my order, and she answered very arrogantly. I was confused because the cup my drink came in was all scribbled on with a black marker, and I couldn't read the name. That confuses the customer. Customers deserve respect and courteous treatment.
I usually love the Mocha Cookie Crumble and drink it almost every day, but this location was really disappointing. The drink was about 70% whipped cream, and the barista didn’t even give me a straw. After the whipped cream, there was nothing but a bland taste. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to make it properly. This was the worst one I’ve ever had — so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. I didn’t bother complaining, I just threw it away.
They always have my drinks/food ready. I love the little cushioned seats against the window. I usually come here in the morning before work because it’s nice, quiet, clean, and the staff is super friendly! Thank you for making my mornings great!
Just leaving a review to commend the staff at this Starbucks location. They create good vibes, work fast, and just make you feel like you have a good day.
