Stopped by for a warm cup of coffee on our first day in New York. But was greeted with such a friendly staff!! They greeted us with enthusiasm even with the early start time and I think the manager? was kind enough to let us know that brewed coffee gets a free refill🥹 The refill was given to us in a new cup but the cup was a larger size and they even split the coffee half and half into our old cup… I don’t leave reviews but I’m so blown away🫨🥺😭
This Starbucks is much more expensive compared to others down the street. Plus, the employees aren't even friendly. There is no restroom.
Very kind staff and good coffee! There are spots to sit, but no toilets
I’m not sure what’s going on lately but the coffee hasn’t been bitter but almost salty. Used to love Starbucks coffee but something has changed and not for the better. Service was a bit slow for midday but not horrible. The renovations are really nice. Super clean.
