On November 26, 2025 at around 8:43 PM, my husband and I finished picking out some bread and were waiting in line to check out. After chatting with him for a moment, I stepped away, and my husband stayed to pay. When he came back, he told me that the cashier deliberately acted as if she didn’t see him, and when another foreign (non-Asian) customer walked up, she immediately let that person cut in line and served her warmly. When my husband approached, the cashier even rolled her eyes at him, didn’t say a single word, and only used hand gestures. My husband speaks English and Korean, but he was talking to me in Chinese. Racial discrimination is a disgrace.
16 oz of coffee was prepared instead of 12 oz. The lady staff realized her mistake and what she did was that pouring the bigger cup of coffee to the smaller cup and wasted the difference. I could’ve paid the extra not to waste the cup and the coffee but I wasn’t asked for any option.

I went to HMart and Tous Les bakery was inside the store. Not sure but all HMart have one of them!! Try one of their cakes for your next event or party. You can buy a whole cake or a slice, depending on your preference. They also have delicious snacks and breads.
I visited Tous Les Jours bakery to get a coffee kaya bun and try new bakery stuff. They were so good. If you start to eat kaya and coffee flavored bread, you will be into it. I found out new pastry and chocolate pretzel! It was crispy outside and soft inside with chocolate inside. Just hope to drop this bakery right in front of my home haha! If you like bread and drop by linwood plaza, I recommend you try the bakery here :)
