Tous Les Jours is a wonderful bakery with a clean, cozy atmosphere and beautifully displayed pastries. Everything is always fresh, soft, and flavorful. The bread has the perfect balance of sweetness and texture, and the cakes are light and not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly, efficient, and always in a good mood, even during busy times. I also love that they toss whatever they don’t sell at the end of the day and bake fresh bread the next day—it really shows their commitment to quality. It’s a great place to grab dessert, coffee, or a treat for a special occasion. Highly recommend!
From fine pastry, bakery, fine bread 🍞, desserts, even birthday cakes 🎂 Don't forget the coffee☕️ Tours les jours a top notch fine bakery experience 👌 Give it a shot you won't regret it
I like coming here when I’m the mood for something sweet. The macarons are great and any other dessert I tried. Maybe the sandwiches need improvement and maybe the service a little. Also, there should be a rule on how long people can dine in for. I had to wait a very long time to get a table when some people were sitting without ordering anything or long after they finished their coffee.
I went on a Saturday morning and the cafe was only half full. I didn’t have to wait too long on the line. The employee was knowledgeable and processed my order quite quickly. I took my items to go, but I’d probably eat here if I had the time. There was ample cafe seating and even a cute toast mirror. After arriving home I sampled a slice of a castella cake and green tea Swiss roll. The castella had a nice vanilla flavor to it and a slightly richer feel compared to a regular Chinese style cake. I did find it to be slightly dry right out of the package. I had a slice the next day and found it had picked up some moisture from being stored in the refrigerator, so this is a rare occurrence where it tasted better the next day. As for the Swiss roll it was excellent right out of the package and a couple of days later. The green tea flavor was at just the right level and the texture and moisture level of the cake was perfect. The cream was smooth and slightly salty which contrasted well with the cake. A small core of red bean was at the center of the roll which was a welcome addition.
Not bad of a place considering all the hype I heard regarding this franchise. They have more then 1 store and the other one I know is near queens center mall in the middle of the block this one kind of sits in the corner. You go inside and the ambiance is pretty good. There are a couple of workers in the back preparing the food or tending to the customers with 2 registers at a time but other than that it’s usually self service. Take what you want sort of thing. You browse around and find all different types of deserts and pastries. I tried a couple things I have never seen before and I was pretty amused by the experience of it all. Still depending on how you see spending $15 on a couple of 1 time snacks maybe a bit on the far end. They do have sandwich meals and other lunch time options but this is mostly for cakes, drinks, sweet items etc. The menu sometimes may not be so clear but other than that no other complaints about this place. Plenty of space to sit around, eat and have conversations on the intricacies of life.
