Right at the center of the Fort Lee welcome sign, Paris Baguette is a classic bakery shop that will bring out the freshness in French. From over 100s of breads to choose from, Paris Baguette gives a voluminous amount of choices ranging from baguettes (of course) to croissants to even pastries like custom themed cakes and coffee. Iced, or hot, you can choose which kind of coffee is right for you. Here, all of the breads are prepared and assiduously stored in such a way to optimize freshness sustainability. New breads are made everyday and served with love. As for the cold drinks, they have sparkling water, organic whole milk, and juices of common varieties as shown in the picture below. Their store layout is quite the entrepreneurial one as well. You go inside and go through an all you can eat buffet of bakery treats using a tonsil and tray laying out your favorite breakfast munchies in front of you, and after you are done, you make your way over to the register to pay and if taking it to go, they will box it into their very own custom made delicate blue boxes which definitely sure put a smile on my face. Much recommend to stop by if ever in the Fort Lee area, and will be returning again for even more authentic French breakfast cuisine.
Almost every morning I come here to grab some drink and breakfast before work and most of the time I feel unwelcome. The female cashier slams my food on the counter while packing and doesn't even tell me the drink is ready. I tried to sit there for my lunch hour to just enjoy my alone time before going back to work and it made me so uncomfortable for me to even talk on the phone. It's cold and tiring to work but don't treat your customers with attitude. P.S. they don't put the prices in the morning on the breads so it's a surprise sometimes how much it comes out to.
A Paris Baguette loyal customer here. I love your cakes and your pastries. I get cakes from here for birthday celebrations. But yesterday, I bought your coconut mango cake as requested for my daughter’s birthday but it was a disappointment. The mango was so hard that its giving me a hard time cutting the cake. I know that its not a mango season but if you can’t find a ripe mango, might as well just not make the mango cake. It will turn down loyal customers. I had this cake before and it was good this is why my daughter asked for it. But its really disappointing. And also, usually I get knife with it. But this time theres none.
Some of the pastries have shrunk about half the size they used to be. And i've never experienced worse servers at any coffee shop as I have here. The woman are so rude. They always give me dirty looks when I come in and they try not to say a single word to me, like not even 1 word. If you don't like your job, that's one thing but you shouldn't take it out on the customers that come in. Also the new girl that's there is on her phone %100 of the time. I am very dissatisfied by my encounters at this store so I was speaking about it with a few other people that I know from work and they said they always experience bad customer service from this location and they don't go there anymore because of the poor customer service. The men are usually nicer
Smaller Paris Baguette that has a decent selection of breads and cakes but not the full range you would normally get. Workers were very friendly and accommodating. The store could have been a bit cleaner.
