Working with Paul was incredibly difficult. Upon requesting an application for an apartment we received completely blank lease along with multiple documents missing key information. When trying to reach out to get the correct documents he was completely unresponsive until we reached out to the Management company and Landlord to which he finally responded asking us to stop bothering them as there as an applicant in front of us. Paul Lee would have to be to worst broker I've ever had to deal with.
