My mother shipped cold food here. They recommended UPS 2nd day air shipping and said they would pack the cold food. When I received the package, they put it in a cardboard box without insulation! Also, there was no ice pack! Shipped on Monday and received it on Thursday. It was a 2nd-day airmail! I know that shipping delayed is not their fault, but the packaging is not professional and knowledgeable. Also, they didn't give any opinions to their customer for the cold food packing. The attitude of responding to customers when problems arise is also poor. I do not recommend this place.
Horrible experience. Came here for the first time and wanted to ship a package out using UPS and they charged me because the guy working there used a piece of tape! In all my experiences with other UPS stores, they never charged me for anything and the man in charge said that because he used tape on the package it requires me to pay the amout of tape he used. That's totally absurd.
Efficient, excellent customer service, best price for shipping. Definitely recommend to others.
No parking lot, narrow & small office...
