I hate to be the negative review on a business i genuinely think is trying to do a good job. Front staff was really awesome, friendly and welcoming. The biggest gripe I had was with the taller bartender on the night of 1/3. black and curly short hair. Dude had the most disheartening attitude I’ve ever seen in such a positive environment like a karaoke bar. Miserable. It’s the service industry, atleast fake it. From the get go, inquiring about drinks, he just didn’t seem to want to help. He created a very unwelcoming environment for me and my friends. I still treated him nice but jeez. Next gripe, the open karaoke set-up is less than ideal. The same 3-4 people were up on stage every single song. *But Rai, why didn’t you request a song yourself?* ahaha we did. Me and my friends requested songs, mind you, it costs $3 dollars per song with a minimum card purchase of $11 EACH TIME. For people who don’t carry cash, it’s a bit obsolete in 2025. It felt like there was favoritism, but I’m doubtful. I think the system is just bad. I think if you’re charging for a song, there should be an option to pay a dollar more or something to bump your song up the queue a bit. Or, alternatively, just let there be a dedicated song manager to mix it up a bit. It got so boring watching people never leave the stage singing 5 songs and not knowing the words for 4 of them. I know I sound bitter, but we waited nearly 3 hours and never had a chance. Luckily there was another bartender, shorter guy, who allowed us to get a refund for the songs we paid for. They were really kind, and that made me feel a little better. Ultimately we still gave up and left. Closing thoughts: the owners and front staff are awesome, and they have booths so next time I’d try the private booths for my group.
I went to the establishment last night with three of my friends and we had such an amazing time! Our main server, Daniel, was absolutely incredible — hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He was training a new employee who was also super sweet, kind, and very attentive. They both kept checking on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The vibe was amazing, the service was top-tier, and the whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommend this place!
I decided to go to karaoke for the first time on my birthday. After looking up a plethora of karaoke spots, this is the one I chose and I’m glad I did. I was 100% satisfied. The reservation process was kind’ve tricky. I started on their website then they contacted me via text. I made sure to ask as many questions which they answered all of them. Everything was transparent. No hidden fees. When I arrived they greeted me and had my reservation ready. The room was a good size for my guests. They gave us complimentary water. Our guided gave us steps to get the karaoke started and told us how to add songs to the queue. Also, the checked in on us like 3 times. The system was easy to use. If you want to get the most bang for your buck then have all the songs you want ready before you arrive. The song selection was pretty good. Was missing some songs but they have songs up to 2025. There’s also a section of their website to submit songs. Unfortunately it was down the weekend I went. I was still able to get the other songs I wanted. All my friends were able to enjoy themselves and pick out songs. It was really fun. When it came time to pay, the price was pretty good for the group. It was under $50. Be mindful for card the max they can take is 2 cards. The price included tax and gratuity. Which I was fine with. We didn’t feel like drinking. There was no mandatory drink requirement or hidden fees. Which I liked. I would definitely come back. Didn’t take any pics but I’ll add some videos from our session. Don’t judge lol.
Had my birthday here and had to come back for the next big event (Halloween)! Danny at the front is SUCH a good host and fun person. The HH deal in my opinion can’t be beat. Hidden gem of Ktown.
Came in alone last night and I was just hoping to have a drink and maybe not feel invisible. One bartender, longer hair, was really welcoming at first I really liked his singing and his drinks were really not that well mixed but, honestly, he was really cute so I probably read too much into it. As the night went on, that warmth faded, and it didn’t seem like my very mild advances were reciprocated. Fair enough, but it still felt awkward. The prices are a little too much for the quality of service and drinks anyways. I also met a bald man who was handsome who seemed part of my type of community. In a painfully earnest moment, I was genuinely hoping he’d become my best friend after all we rap. That energy was very much not returned, and the interaction ended up feeling smug on his end and deeply embarrassing on mine. I’m fully aware this makes me sound pathetic, and it probably is. Still, the overall vibe felt very insiders-only, which isn’t great when you show up solo and try. The bar itself seems cool — just maybe better if you come with friends or emotional armor. Also smug bartenders is not a great way to run a bar.
