Dong bu is the best GC.I've done my shop and house construction many times .There was no place that could do it as quickly and perfectly as Dongbu Construction.They did it very easy even with tough permit jobs.Thank you very much for Dongbu's boss and employee Ellie. I highly recommend.

I left a five-star review by an employee named Tony. My experience working with Dongbu on one of my Brooklyn brownstones has been the worst. Their lack of professionalism and communication skills, coupled with subpar craftsmanship, made the project a nightmare. Despite sending a detailed punch list, I received no response. Consequently, I withheld the final payment, only to face threats via phone and messages from them. The house was riddled with imperfections, leading the potential buyer to abandon the purchase. Due to the majority of their clients being Korean, I will be leaving a review in Korean below. ============== I am currently working in the industry and have worked with many American companies and Korean GCs, but Dongbu was the worst company. I am writing again after seeing the review response. Mr. Park is a small business. I have already heard many stories. I hope there will be no more victims like me. At first, they made it seem like they would treat me well with all kinds of sweet talk, but when there was a problem, they tried to threaten me. I still have the text messages.
