Over priced than other Benjamin Moore stores. They do “price match” if you show them the receipts of buying else where by texting and calling the owner. Issue was if I didn’t have that receipt then I would have been charged $10 more. If you can do the same price for the same product then why not do it in the first place.
Best paint supply store around. Very helpful, kind and respectful. Fantastic selection of colors. Products and tools in all price ranges. They were a great store 35 years ago, and the current owners continue the tradition.
My associate walked into this place and the fat guy behind the counter had a very bad attitude towards my good friend. They claim they did not have the color paint he needed so he walked out. They will never buy from them again. They only dropped a couple of thousand there in just a few weeks.but they will take their business elsewhere .
WORST BM paint store EVER! We bought countless paint samples trying to find the perfect colors for our whole house (a lot of rooms!) and when it came time to order the actual color based on the samples we liked, the store workers have yet to get the colors right! At one point, because the color they gave us for our bedroom was so hideous, I had to take a day off work just so I can go pick out a different color, had to pay our contractors extra to repaint the portions he already painted, and all the guy at the store told me when we realized they mixed the wrong paint was "what do you want me to do?" If I wasn't on a time constraint, I would tell him exactly what I wanted him to do, but I just got them to give me the "right" color... which, guess what?!?!? still turned out to be wrong when we got to the house and started to paint again! The 4 rooms that we did end up getting paint from them, ALL turned out to have incorrect paint colors in them!!!! It's a joke of a store and i feel like you really have to go out of your way to screw up EVERY SINGLE ORDER! Also writing directly to BM company to tell them exactly what kind of store represents their product!
Never had an issue here - always been helpful to me and my wife, never tried to upsell. Just gives us the paint we need with minimal questions.
