Excellent experience buying our countertop, island and backsplash from Swantile. Alan helped us with the design and material selection and was beyond patient every time I changed my decision. Their craftsmanship is superior! We selected Dekton and another porcelain more difficult to work with, and the result was excellent. Couldn't be happier with our kitchen!
Steve and Eric were fantastic in helping us renovate our new apartment. They took care of everything from designing and installing our kitchen, to tiles, flooring, and painting. Really A - Z. Quality of the cabinetry was also great! We had a strict management in our condo and Swan was also great at navigating the dynamics there, helping us with paper work and strategies for speedy approval. Swan also did everything above board. They were polite to our neighbors and respected building rules. You don’t want your neighbors/ management hating you before you even move in! Overall, we highly recommend Swan. They kept to a reasonable budget and timeline and executed the renovation above our satisfaction.
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Steve and the team for the awesome job on my apartment and my mom’s house. We’re both super happy with how everything turned out. You guys were so easy to work with — always on top of things, super organized, and really paid attention to the little details. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and we really appreciated being kept in the loop the whole time. Thanks again for all the hard work! I’ll definitely be telling friends and family to call you if they’re doing any renovations.
Terrible company, don't buy from them. Stuck up employee (Eric) and manager. I purchased 3 Silesstone countertops and 4 shower sills. They couldn't create 1/8 slope on the shower sills so I needed to have them done somewhere else. Eric said company policy won't allow Swan to drop off the sills next door at De Luxe Cabinetry and Tiles. On the day of installation, workers came without a shower bench. Then all of a sudden, the company policy allows them to drop it off next door. When I measured after the trapezoid bench top arrived, I realized Swan polished the wrong side. Eric and his manager were unwilling to recut another piece or provide any form of compensation. This trapezoid bench top was already sloped. Swan only offered to polish the other side. But what good is that? It's already sloped. Even before it was sloped, polishing the other side and then cut flat the polished side would have made the bench top too small as it was measured as an exact fit!!
Swan Cabinets is the absolute worst place to ever buy custom cabinets. Our contractor recommended we use Swan and it’s been a total nightmare. Shortly after the cabinets were installed they all started to chip terribly. Instead of providing us with new cabinets, they decided to “touch up” the cabinets and the paint again chipped one week later. Buying custom cabinets from Swan is a complete waste of money as they will deteriorate within a month.
