I stopped in to pick up a few things and was greeted with a smile by Sean. He was more than helpful. He quickly gathered everything I needed and took time to ask about my family. This is a great store, with great friendly service.
I had a bit of an emergency today where my skateboard wire got broken. I rushed to this store to see if I could fix it. Even though the guy was a bit rude rushing me out, he still helped me look for what I needed and I ended up fixing my board. I would give 5 stars if he allowed me to use the tools so I could fix my board on the spot but I was kicked out and had to get home with a broken board. I get it though, it’s Friday and he was tryna go home but it would’ve been nice to have some sympathy and assist a customer that needed help.
Wonderful selection and very helpful staff. Even if they can’t solve your problem directly, they can point you in the right direction. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I was very pleased with the service Shaun provided me on two different occasions. Shaun very kind and professional, he helped me in bringing my goods to the car, seeing I was handicapped . I would highly recommend this hardware store
Flushing Hardware is one of those small, personal stores that used to make up much of Flushing. Here, one can expect personal service from the proprietor, whom is always courteous and genial. While the selection isn't as vast as many larger corporate chain stores, it is thorough enough for most issues. Please also note that they also make keys, and do so excellently.
