I came to this store this morning to buy six items. Before arriving, I checked the Home Depot app and confirmed that all six products were listed as In Stock at this location. I even wrote down each item’s aisle and bay number. After spending an entire hour searching through the store, I was only able to find three of them. Throughout this time, not a single employee offered help. In fact, a few employees walked right past me while I was clearly looking for items. When I tried to make eye contact to ask for assistance, they immediately looked away and quickly walked off, as if intentionally avoiding customers. The lack of customer service was unbelievable. But the worst part happened at self-checkout. Because I had a Milwaukee tool set in my cart, the employee working in that area stood extremely close to me, watching me like she expected me to steal something. When I tried to scan the product, the box had multiple barcodes on it, so I accidentally scanned the wrong one twice. Instead of helping, the employee suddenly shouted loudly, “Excuse me sir! Excuse me sir!” three times, in front of everyone. When I asked what the problem was, she grabbed the tool box straight out of my hands, very aggressively, and snapped at me saying, “That’s not the right barcode—why would you scan that?” How on earth am I supposed to know which barcode is the correct one when the packaging has three or four different ones? Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. If an employee is already this irritated and hostile first thing in the morning, I can’t imagine how she treats customers for the rest of the day. This entire store feels understaffed, unhelpful, and unfriendly. I rarely leave Google reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt the need to warn others. Definitely the worst Home Depot I’ve been to.
Everything for your home reparirs howver make sure you dave your receipt if you need to make a return. The sales clerck need more knowledge on their aisle or merchandise being sold.

Love this place. The manager is 💯 friendly and makes sure you find what you are looking for. The staff was very friendly when I checked out. There are many staff to help you with your problems. I went to two Home Depot locations today (124-04 31st Ave, Flushing, NY 11354, the Home Depot) and the service was terrible. There was a big difference between this and the other one. Hope all is well with the staff here. God bless.
The staff are pro and thank you for helping getting a few items ready To reduce economic damage Also a reply. I never taken nothing. I looked through my email for a flagged email I’m willing to share my experience So drivers need to take double photos If anyone orders here This for delivery drivers. Please take photos of your drop off yourself As it’s recommended Work at your will Have gps and photos. But I do recommend take a photo with your own phone for drop off as double proof and gps No problem home deport. As a Home Depot pro myself
