I have bought a few quits/cover in the past here. Recently, I bought one and it didn't fit my bed. I went back the same day to nicely ask for a exchange to a bigger size. She made me go get the cover just to return to hear a billion excuses that she started making up so she wouldn't exhange it. I was even willing to pay the extra price/difference. She even claimed there was a bug on it, I do not have bugs!!! It was insulting, honestly. I showed her that it was not bug. Will not return.
The woman who works there knows a lot about the products, for sure, however, she lacks in customer service. Very pushy and inconsiderate of customers who are taking their time (who are being "picky") investing on a blanket that costs $300+ Ultimately she told me I'll be better off going to an "American department store" and get cheaper covers... thanks ma'am, will do!
They have great products & offer you great service. Thank you!
The lady kept following us around. Felt very uncomfortable that she’s follows us so closely.
