He obtained permits in a timely manner and was very responsive throughout the process up to the final sign-off. His prices are very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I hired Sung Ho Shin Architect PC to convert my CO from a 1 family house to a 2 family residence. Mr. Shin was very transparent about the process and the time it takes to complete a job like this. His office staff is very organized and responsive. I would not hesitate to use them again.
They draw for failure for the inspection and not refund for the job they nlt finished. Terrible.
