Mr. Kim was extremely thorough and was able to help eliminate the bug issue in our apartment way more quicker and efficiently than the free exterminator provided by my apartment. I have recommended him to many friends within the few years and they were all impressed with his work. Thank you so much for helping me out through rough times! (We all know how stressful it is dealing with bugs in our homes 😔)

Even though they don't speak kindly, they do their job well. Looking through the information on the available hotbeds, I think it's possible because they have experience and know the bugs well. I was in a state of complete panic and prayed while researching companies. I'd been in the US for a year and a half, and I didn't even know about bed bugs (it's horrible to even mention, but I'm writing this for others). I was dealing with it alone, completely drained of money and energy. I was shaking so much that I was practically going crazy, even offering to pay more from the beginning. A one-bedroom apartment costs $350, but I offered $400, which was about three times what other people would pay, and they wanted me to get rid of them all at once. They also said they could use DDT. If successful, they'd pay $100 every three months for a year. This wasn't your typical situation. It hasn't even been three months yet, but everything is perfect. My only complaint is that when I was looking for a company, there weren't any reviews, so it was difficult to be certain through prayer alone. That's why I'm leaving this review. Please prepare thoroughly, whether by asking about preparations in advance or searching online. The CEO isn't a very talkative person, so he explained the pre-event preparations very simply, as if he already knew everything. But I've worked so hard that I already knew everything, so I was thorough in my preparations. The aftermath is also important. Think about it. Research everything, and your meticulous pre-event and post-event preparations, as well as your meticulous prevention measures, must be extremely thorough.
