I've been coming here for years now and I always leave happy! The new location is very nice and on the main street now. New equipment from what it seems which is great! I'm sure there's plenty of other places I could go to to get my hair cut but I always make it a point to come here.

Been coming here for TEN years and the following percentages represent my experiences: Satisfied/Happy - 10% Acceptable/Questionable - 60% HORRIBLE CUTS - 30% I've only been coming here cause its cheap but the old ladies don't cut hair very well, you're basically a guinea pig for them. :edit September 2017 The lady that's been cutting my hair is gone and I'm loving the new lady for the following reasons: - doesn't bring up personal questions--just cut my hair please (left here a few times feeling awkward or depressed from the previous cutter) - cuts hair with care at the same speed

Been going here every 6 months for 9 years to get thermal reconditioning on my hair. Best in the whole bay area. Period. I have been two other places and had my hair fried by inexperienced stylists who are eager to take my money, but won't stand behind their work. Patrick knows his stuff and the science behind it. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I have been their customer a long time. This is their new location. They mostly speak Korean , some English.
