I’ve been coming to Diva Hair Salon for years, and Cindy is truly amazing at what she does! She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also so thoughtful and consistent every time. Whether it’s a simple trim or a full makeover, I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients make all the difference. Highly recommend Cindy if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing and makes you feel at home!
This is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it’s not even close to what it looks like. The first picture is what I showed Clara and the second photo is the result. It was too late when I noticed how short she was cutting my hair. At the end, I told her it was too short on the sides and showed her the picture right next to my hair. She agreed it was too short and apologized but didn’t offer to fix it or even provide a discount.
So, here I am seeking a trendy look, I showed Clara a picture of an asymmetrical pixie cut. I'm not sure if Clara was upset that day but she was very rough and aggressive when brushing, washing and cutting my hair, she was so rough that she cut my right ear lobe. Of course it bled, a week later and my lobe still hurts. Did I get at least a discount, you ask? NO, I did not. I'll be finding another place for a cut, I wouldn't want to lose an eye next time.
I'm extremely happy to have found this place. Cindy is not only skillful in cutting hair but is most kind and friendly.
Stay away from this place!! As soon as I got there, the ladies were nice and the place looked clean. But, I went for a highlights touch up and the lady completely messed up my hair. I just wanted her to do the touch up and fix the color of the highlights and instead she ended up dyeing my whole hair and I ended up with a mix of pink and orange hair, which is not at all what I asked for. She took a total of 6 hours to finish and she wasn’t even done, I had to tell her I needed to leave. My hair is very damaged now, it has been falling out and breaking. She would leave the products on my hair for 30 minutes to an hour while she would work on other customers. I wanted to like this place, but I definitely will not be going back. She still charged me full price! Never again.
