The service quality did not match the price. They didn’t listen to the customer carefully and gave the same layered cut based solely on hair length, rather than customizing it for each individual’s hairstyle—like a factory-style service. Moreover, the cut lacked detail and was rough, leaving my hair feeling bluntly chopped.
I’ve been a fan of Detail Hair Studio’s director for about 30 years now—wow! The prices have hardly gone up compared to inflation, and the skill is truly master-level. Wishing the director continued health and success always. Every time the director works on my hair, I don’t know why, but I find myself loving it more and more as the months go by. I truly believe the director is a true hair artist!
Very rude customer service & higher price than competitors. I asked for layers and she said that’s very tacky “촌스러워“ and if you have any flaws in your scalp or hair she’s definitely make a mean comment about it. Never went back after that experience.
The owner cuts everyone's hair. I came back because I was pleased with my first visit. I told her it's been 7 weeks since she cut my hair and I wanted to retain same style. She began cutting my hair and within a few minutes chopped off my hair so short. In disbelief I asked her why she did what she did to my hair. She got upset, began sneering, spewing insulting words in anger, "How would I remember what I did to your hair 7 weeks ago? Your hair looks shorter because you are balding." She continued being abusive verbally and with her body language. There were other customers present and I was so embarrassed and upset I quickly paid and left the place. I would never return to this place. It's true that I don't have thick hair but I am not balding. What a way to treat your customer and still charge $85.
I love this lady she cut my wolf cut so well!!! I have curly hair so u already know it takes a SPECIAL talent to cut. My hair grew so fast too. Curly hair approved stylist!!! Very reasonably priced
