This place is amazing! Went with my sister, i got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Our nails look amazing and I feel so relaxed. The staff are very friendly, so gentle, and attentive. Definitely recommend!
I really wanted to like this place but sadly my nail technician punctured my nail beds on two different fingers and was very rough with me. After the first injury, I was bleeding quite a bit, she just wiped off the blood and kept going. I told her to please be careful and she kept mindlessly adding chemicals and products onto my hands which caused an extreme burning sensation. Then the same thing happened on another finger. The worst part about this situation is that instead of taking accountability she just kept saying I have “sensitive skin” as if it’s my fault this happened. Even after getting hurt, she was still very rough with me and not being careful at all. I asked the manager if I had to pay full price and they just gave me $10 off. My nail technician mentioned it again that I just have “sensitive skin” while I was negotiating a solution. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the first time this has happened! So instead of placing the blame on me I wish she took accountability and comped my service. Very unprofessional! My fingers were sore for days afterwards. Everytime I wash my hands it burns because there’s raw skin exposed. I feel like this situation was terribly mishandled. I shouldn’t have pay good money to be treated this way. Such a violation!

I love, love Larchmont Hair and Nails. Helen, the owner is just wonderful and the women who work there are the best. They are talented, warm and friendly. The salon is gorgeous and the music is fabulous.. I have been going to Michelle because I knew her from another salon. She does a great job yet everyone there is very talented! I will not go anywhere else ever!
Love coming to this place to be pampered. Mani, pedi, wax, massage, custom painting on my toes. I always leave feeling so wonderful. The staff are lovely.
