Very disappointed with their delivery service. I have been ordering from this place for several years. Spent a lot of money. placed an order around the holidays and never received it. I reached out to Customer service and never received a response. The Shipping continued to display delayed when I would look up the status from the tracking number provided. After three weeks, I disputed the order through PayPal. Apparently, I should have continued to try to call them so as a retaliation for me, not following their protocol they suspended my account. This is poor Customer service.
