I've been with Sophia for about 24 years. My grandma used to come to Sophia. Grandma followed her to whatever salon she went to until she got her own. You need a solid simple hair cut or color at an unbeatable price come here.

Visited Sophia Hair Studio in Koreatown and was blown away! Sophia's cuts and perms are spot on, and way cheaper than other places. Service was top-notch too. If you want great hair without breaking the bank, check them out. Please be sure to tip her well as she's the nicest lady who has been in that same location for so many years working on her own.
Lady is super nice and fun, and cuts my hair exactly how I want it the same way every time. For men's haircut, she cuts your hair, washes it, then trims it up. This is great for me because there's less hair falling off my head everywhere afterwards. Really inexpensive so you should tip her extra :)
Really great haircut for a very reasonable price and a nice lady. I've been twice now and she did a great job: cut, wash, trim. I'll definitely keep going back!
