I had a great experience! Hannah was lovely and gentle. I have wide short nails and I work with my hands and weight lift. I’ve never really been satisfied with any nail service because I feel like my hands just look like man hands with fake nails on after the service. The gel extensions I got from Hannah are very feminine and cute. She did a great job shaping them and my hands look more girly because she took the time. I’m happy with the result and I’ll be returning.

Best nail experience I’ve ever had actually. I’m so so happy. I had Megan, she was so gentle and made sure I liked it every step of the way. Super considerate and kind. She was able to recreate the design I wanted. These nails mean a lot to me for personal reasons and I was so afraid of going somewhere new. But I will be coming here always from now on. Amazing experience

This was my first mani pedi ever! They were so nice and did a great job. The massage chairs were exceptional as well! My friend got her nails done and loved it as well! Thank you, we’ll be back!

Will never come back. Damaged my nails and fingers Customer service= Very very bad Quality= very bad Price= High I had a terrible experience here. I went in for gel extensions and ended up with damaged nails, pain, and bleeding fingers. First, the technician removed my regular nail polish using an electric file directly on my natural nails instead of regular polish remover. I could literally see layers of my nails flying off. Then, during the gel extension process, another technician was so rough that three of my fingers bled and hurt for two days afterward (see photos). I was in pain and having trouble washing my hands. When I returned for gel removal, things got even worse. The technician left gel on my nails and didn’t clean them up properly. On top of that, she cut my finger with the nail tool, and there was blood all over the table. She even panicked herself. My nails looked messy and unfinished right after I walked out. When I called the salon the next day, they put me on hold twice for over 20 minutes, only to say “sorry.” I also emailed the manager and customer service—no one ever responded. The staff were also rude and unprofessional. During my visit, two employees asked inappropriate personal questions and acted like they didn’t want to be there. This place clearly lacks both nail care skills and basic customer service. I’ve never been treated this disrespectfully in a salon. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Look at the photos—this was two days after my appointment.

I was refused service. I arrived at 7:45 and it is now 7:54. They take walk-ins but the receptionist refused me and was extremely unapologetic and not empathetic to my situation at all. Is it a Black thing? I have a trip tomorrow (which I shared with her) and can’t get my nails and feet done because I wasted my time coming here and it’s too late to go elsewhere.
