I found this salon through ClassPass and decided to give it a try. I booked a shampoo, blowout, and haircut without really knowing what I wanted. I told Sharon to cut the dead ends and just do whatever she thought would look good. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life. It complements my face shape perfectly and looks like it was made for me. I didn’t even know how to describe what I was looking for, but she knew exactly what to do. The whole experience was relaxing. The shampoo was minty and refreshing, almost tingly in a way that woke up my scalp. The blowout was smooth and full, and at the end she added a touch of flat iron to make everything look polished. Those small details made a big difference. What stood out most was Sharon herself. She was warm and easy to talk to. She gave me suggestions about what I could try in the future and what would suit my hair type, but it never felt pushy. It was more like getting helpful advice from someone who genuinely cares. She has such a good eye and clearly knows her craft inside and out. The salon is on the second floor. Parking is simple since there is a garage in the building and they validate. The space feels calm and welcoming and I never felt rushed. If you come here, ask for Sharon. She is incredibly talented and makes you feel like you are in good hands from the moment you sit down. I left loving my hair more than I ever have before. This place is officially my go-to salon from now on.

After two rounds of bleaching, my hair was severely damaged. Despite acknowledging the issue, the salon didn’t offer a proper apology, nor did they cover the additional costs I had to pay for cutting and coloring to manage the damage. When I tried to address this with them, their response felt almost threatening, presented under the guise of a “settlement.” The stylist, Sara, and the salon owner refused to take responsibility, each blaming the other for what happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and my hair was always healthy and strong until this experience. Not only has it affected my hair, but it’s also impacted my life—I lost my modeling job due to my hair’s condition, and I now struggle with anxiety around social situations. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and distressing. I can’t recommend this place and advise others to be cautious when considering this salon.

my sister recently visited this hair salon hoping for a fresh look, but it turned into a nightmare. The stylist completely butchered her bangs and looks so clumpy. I already heard bad reviews about this place, but it's real! Save your money and hair, steer clear of this place!

I've been here 2 times and I love how my hair comes out every time! I've only hair appointments with Subin and the service there is very professional and friendly. He really listens to what you want which makes it so worth splurging the extra money because I get results I ask for. Definitely going to a continuing client there.
