I received a haircut here and was disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. During my initial visit, I asked for a specific hairstyle. After finishing my haircut, I felt that result was drastically different from what I initially described to my stylist. At this point, my stylist was dismissive about my complaints that any mistakes were made. They offered me the chance to come back for another visit to have it remedied, but during that visit they were once again dismissive and rude.
