I visited this salon requesting a hush cut with see-through bangs. The cut ended up much shorter that expected and uneven. I have the stylist’s card, but when I called to follow up, the salon said they do not have a stylist by that name. I was disappointed that the issue could not be resolved. Please confirm stylist availability before booking.

This was my very first time walking out on a service. I had an appointment scheduled at 1PM which is a time they booked for me. No one talked to me after they acknowledged I arrived for the first 15mins. Once the assistant came to talk to me they asked about the style I was going for as if nothing was wrong. I’m not an impatient person I have waited much longer for services but they usually attend me right away and explain the situation and let me know it will take longer. The assistant said ‘5 more mins sorry’ after I asked how longer would it take since they were not mentioning it first. I left after 10more minutes as I noticed the stylist would have needed more time. I try my best to keep the appointment time as I know it can result to overlapping for other customers. If the customer is respecting your time and the promised appointment you should also respect theirs. I’m upset I waited 30mins + my time to get there and did not get a haircut nor proper attendance.

I got a digital perm for the very first time here. Hyun was extremely pleasant to work with. He had a calming demeanour and did a phenomenal job with my hair! He took time to analyse and really think carefully about what would suit my hair type. I am elated with how my hair turned out My experience here was nothing short of amazing. Will definitely be back!
