Jane is a good agent

There's no communication at all and no sense of responsibility. I heard bad things about this agent from two other people, but the one who trusted him to the end was the one who was foolish, and he showed no basic courtesy to the end. Now I understand why they said such things. I realized that the business purchase process lacked proper communication and systematization, and even when I asked him to sell, he wasted time and ultimately ended up breaking the contract. This is a matter of life and death, so I hope he acts responsibly and prevents further victims. People deserve a happy ending, but if he had greeted me cheerfully and maintained good manners even when things didn't go well, wouldn't people be saying, "Never work with this agent again," like I did?
