Jessica and Steve are truly the best Real Estate Agent Team in the Irvine area. Our property was listed unsuccessfully before. But with Jessica & Steve, we got a full price offer on the 1st day on the market! Their professional skills, market knowledge, a lot of "extra" customer care and services, were beyond 99% average Real Estate Agents around. If you want to sell your home quickly and have a better market price, I highly recommend you give Jessica & Steve a call first.
We were fortunate to have Jessica and her team assist us in selling our Irvine, CA home. The Hong Real Estate Group is truly a full-service realtor. We have sold several homes and this most recent experience was by far the best. Her recommendations/guidance were spot on. She did a superb job; marketing, MLS listing with professional photos and videos, soft staging. conducting open houses (only one weekend needed) and negotiating the sale.
I had a great experience working with her as a lender. I have worked with her since 2008, and she is the best top agent in Irvine. She is personable and straightforward, and knowledgeable. Her response time to phone calls, emails, and texts is always excellent during the transaction. If you choose Jessica to buy or sell a house, you are in good hands!!! With her wealth of knowledge, experience, and insight throughout Orange County, Jessica has recommended the perfect neighborhood and house for my family.
