Proceed with caution when dealing with Andre Rogers Sr....my experience with him left a lot to be desired. He definitely lacked integrity and character in regards to the service he provided. When dealing with him, make sure to get everything in writing and confirm ALL documentation. Definitely some questionable practices including “bait & switch.” Came highly recommended and was sorely disappointed with the outcome!
