I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I have been a tenant at the Wilshire office building for over 3 years. The building manager is a complete disaster. The stucco on the windows was NOT sealed properly, so every time it rains, there is water that leaks onto our carpet (making the whole office smell like mildew). The water has created bubbles on the walls and destroyed the stationary bicycle in my office. I have been trying to get this fixed since January 2023 and nothing has been done. In addition, the thermostat has been broken since I moved in. Every time the office is too hot or too cold, we have to email the building and they send their '"engineer" to temporarily fix it. Stay far away from here. Unfortunately, we signed a 5 year lease and are stuck for the time being.

We parked at the parking garage for City Center on 6th St and S. Alexandria Ave in LA to shop at H Mart and then to eat at Coco Ichibanya. The parking garage only takes cash (indicated only after you get inside the garage) and when we got in, a man working at valet rudely stopped me and asked to take my ticket from the machine. When I asked why and explained we wouldn't need valet, he asked what my plans were and what were were doing. After telling him, he took our ticket and said we'd just need the receipt to exit, even though I asked how they would know how long we were inside for. He said it was fine. We then asked the lady at the exit booth if that was fine, and she rudely said yes. We explicitly asked if we purchased something AND we ate at Coco's if our parking voucher would be honored even if it's after 9, and we were told yes, so long as we have the receipts then we can leave without paying the $5. We bought a few groceries we needed at H-Mart and then went to the Coco Ichibanya. Coco Ichibanya also indicates that eating there entitles you to free 2 hour parking in that garage with proof of receipt. It says that as you enter and on the printed receipt. Unfortunately, as we left an hour after arriving, we were not allowed to leave the garage as they demanded $5, cash only. They ignored the receipts and said because it was after 9, we had to pay no matter what. The attendants were incredibly rude, and despite multiple attempts to explain or understand, they refused. We went back to Coco and they explained that they've attempted to work with this owner to no avail--the owner is not honoring their agreement, not even with those who shop at H-Mart. Every part of this was disappointing, skeevy, and flat out dishonest. Cannot believe people can run a business like this.

Property Management Companies ware many hats. However, the Owners and the Prospective Tenants are the two most important hats. I am a Prospective Tenant and I have experienced first hand top qualitiy services from Jamison Property Management. They are Professional, provides incredible Customer Services, and a vast understanding of Human Relations. To understand Human Relationships you must be able to put yourself in another person shoes. Ms.Christie Slatcher and her remarkable team has assisting me in navigating through the process and system to obtain housing. I am deeply grateful. I have never received such a level of support from any Property Management Company in this business. Thank you Jamison Property Management.

There was an incident with a member of your staff at The Summit. I believe that’s the name of the apartments. This gentleman was being very aggressive to another gentleman on 11/9/22. If this is representation of the type of people who are employed here, I wouldn't want to live here. I believe he was a part of the porter or maintenance team. He was Latino. He was using derogatory racial epithets, cursing, yelling and carrying on with this gentleman for nearly 10 minutes. I have it on video and I just watched it back and it's sad. Buyer/Renters BEWARE

BUILDING OWNERS MANAGED BY JAMISON - PLEASE READ THIS - I want to give Jamison more than a two star, but their team continues to make me want to leave our building. I've have worked inside a Jamison managed building in Los Angeles for two years. The other tenants said Jamison is wonderful for the owners because they maximize profits by ignoring tenant requests and pushing issues down the road. This turned out to be true. The building upkeep is minimal, the bathrooms look like a public restroom and I eventually just got used to finding cockroaches inside my office. I can't wait until the day I can move my team out. The sad part is that I would have actually considered staying here if they had just done gone the extra mile to keep their tenants happy. Hope those extra profits were worth it.
