Joy Chung is a great senior escrow officer. My first time working with her, and she showed us her professionalism from the very beginning through the close of escrow. I am so happy and thankful for her work. Buying a house at this economic state, with all banks' regulations and rules, the transaction is not easy at all. With her help, everything went smoothly. Thank you again, Ms. Chung. Greatly appreciated.
My experience has been completely different comparing to the other review. I have closed many escrows with Tower Escrow's Joy Chung and most of them were short sales. She is very experienced in handling short sales, including preparing for the estimated HUD-1 for short sale lender review in a matter of a few hours, making clever adjustments on the HUD-1 to make the numbers work for the short sale approval, also dealing with buyer's lenders requests, all in a very professional and timely manner. I can definitely count on Joy to handle my transactions!
Horrible experience with tower escrow, especially with Joy Chung. I am the seller. I was asking for some documents during escrow, she refuses to send me on the same day. Next day, I called and she says it’s not ready yet and even hang up my phone then never answered it again. At the end of the escrow, there’s something wrong with the title company and the wire transfer was delayed. I was so worried and called her to see what’s going on with my money. She keeps saying “I don’t know”…… and let me ask the title company directly………. If I have to do it my self, why do I need pay an escrow company? It doesn’t make any sense….. Go find somewhere else. This is not the right place. If there’s negative star I will definitely give them -5 stars.
