Thank you to Edward Soh, CEO, for taking the time to provide such a thorough explanation during my first visit following our phone call. I was truly impressed by the depth of knowledge that comes from decades of experience in Southern California. Although this visit was for a rental, I would definitely return here when the time comes to buy a home. I would highly recommend this place to others as well.
I definitely would not recommend the agent "A L" with this company. This rental agent is incompetent, lazy and dishonest. We gave more than 30 days notice to vacate; the agent, after several inquiries, insists that she is charging us rent up until the original rental date, which means she is keeping almost a week's worth of rent after the 30 day notice and after we vacated the property. In addition, the agent was too lazy to show the property herself, and instead asked us numerous times to show the property for her, including weekends and evenings--which we did. The agent said she didn't have a key to the property, she speaks poor English, she did not bring any of the lease paperwork to the walk thru. We had the property professionally cleaned and the carpets professionally steam cleaned at our expense after we moved out. Nevertheless she inexplicably nit picked about cleanliness; a speck of dust here and a trace of dust there apparently to try and find some reason to keep some of the security deposit. Her incompetence and laziness is also negatively affecting the property owner. She posted only 3 pictures of the property in the rental listing and all 3 were very poorly done.
What is Connie Moon doing going into my clients home when it shows as pending in the MLS? Even on the agent showing instructions, it says to get approval to show because the home is occupied. I tried calling Connie to address this and her voicemail is full. I tried calling the TEAM SPIRIT office and no one answers or returns my call. This is a GROSS violation of a persons privacy! Finally she responds to my text, and appologizes because she went to the wrong unit. Apparently the unit next door is up for sale. Good luck with your real estate endevors Connie.
I don’t know about the other reviews, but I had awesome an experience and top tier service buying my first home through TSR. Will definitely go to them when I went to rent my place. I do know that they have multiple offices in different locations. Maybe the subpar reviews are from different locations, cause my experience at the Irvine office was great!
I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with this company. I cannot disclose the details of my experience as we had submitted a complaint to Orange County Association of Realtors and as part of their protocol we are not to discuss details of the event.
