I had a really good experience with Johnny at Hikari Apartments. He’s very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. From the first day I visited, he explained everything clearly and made the leasing process easy. Whenever I had a question, he responded quickly and took care of things right away. Johnny truly makes living at Hikari comfortable and stress-free!
Jhonny Araujo - Johnny made this experience incredibly easy. I was able to get the apartment I wanted, and he guided me through the entire process—especially helpful since I didn’t have much time during the week to visit or communicate. Johnny was extremely patient and very helpful throughout. I highly recommend reaching out to Johnny for assistance with moving into any apartment within the many complexes available. I rate my experience an 11 out of 10.
Jhonny is the BEST building manager. I lived here for 2 years and Jhonny was here for most of it besides parts of this year. During the time when management changed and Jhonny was at a different building, it felt like the place fell apart. The only reason why I’m taking off a star is because of the bad management that happened while Jhonny was away. I was planning on transferring within Hikari however the management at the time was very unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills, hence why I ended up moving out. Jhonny is back now and he was super understanding in my complaints and he made the move out process extremely easy and I’m grateful in how helpful and involved he was. Besides that this is a great location to live in, being at the heart of little Tokyo and so close to arts district. The apartment itself was great and didn’t have really any noise issues from other neighbors, however weekends (and sometimes thursdays) can get noisy outside at night depending on where in the building u live in.
I want to take a moment to thank Johnny at the Hikari building for always going above and beyond. He’s been incredibly helpful with any issues I’ve ever had always professional, patient, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and truly cares about the residents. Johnny is one of the reasons living at Hikari has been such a great experience.
We’ve been living for about two years now. And everything was so far so good. The Amenities are so great. And the staffs are helpful and friendly. Thank you for helping Jonny.
