I used the service when staff from the Korean headquarters came to visit, and everyone was so friendly and thorough, so I left satisfied. At other companies I've used in the past, everyone was older and didn't know what to ask, which was inconvenient. But this company took care of everything, from the restaurant to getting to the airport, making work a breeze.

We used it when executives from our Korean headquarters visited. We had previously used it for another company, but this was our first time using it.
