Have been riding this taxi for the last 10 years. Im surprised on the bad reviews because I never had a problem! It is way cheaper than other services and very reliable!

Extremely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. They pretend to be friendly when you book, quote you an “affordable” price, and then completely change the story once you’re in the car. I clearly told them the reservation was for two people, four large suitcases, and two carry-ons. The employee confirmed everything would fit in a van and quoted $75. But when the driver arrived, he suddenly claimed the price was $105 “because it’s a van.” When I called the company to dispute it, they lied and said the booking was never for a van—then contradicted themselves by saying there was “no way” everything would fit in a regular car. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, raised her voice at me first, then tried to accuse me of yelling. She repeatedly snapped, “What do you want me to do about it? We can just drop them off wherever they are.” This company scams customers, lies without hesitation, and has zero professionalism. Avoid them at all costs.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so outrageous that I feel obligated to warn others. The woman who answered the phone was shockingly rude and aggressive from the moment she picked up. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and only added stress to an already tense situation. What made this even worse was that my family was in the car at the time, and I had no control over their safety. Instead of offering help or even basic courtesy, she actually threatened to stop the driver mid-ride and leave my family on the street. I was stunned. No customer should ever be spoken to that way, let alone have their safety used as leverage in a conversation. I did everything I could to stay calm because my family was depending on me, but the way she handled the situation was unacceptable and irresponsible. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated in any business. Especially one responsible for people’s transportation and safety. I will absolutely not be recommending this company to anyone.

I've been riding their taxi for a while, and I wanted to leave a review to share my experience. I needed a ride around 4 AM to get to the airport and they arrived promptly. Not only that but the driver also helped me unload my luggage. I highly recommend this taxi company to anyone who is looking for reliable and affordable rides! 100% recommend!👌

We called this taxi company last night when we needed a ride back to the valley after a night out in k-town. Our driver, Mike was a very professional and nice guy. One of my friends dropped her wallet in his car and Mike called us right back telling us he found a wallet. We are so grateful for his honesty and reliability of the rides.
