So, nobody was at the bar, we came from Times Square with our Starbucks (which by the way is sold here) we take a seat in the mezzanine, with another person drinking and eating some chips and smart water, and the bartender just out of the sudden came with a bad attitude and just say -we don’t allow any outside drinks at the bar- and then leave. The mezzanine was full of garbage from a different outside beverages, as you can see in the photos, and also he only says that to us, not to the other person sitting at the mezzanine as well. Row NY the worst experience, this is not a 4 stars hotel at all.
Surprisingly good gourmet hand-stretched pizza, and live entertainment certain nights. They've got a focused (read: small) menu, and the kitchen's good at what they do. Their Mulberry Street ($18; credit accepted) was a crowd-pleaser, full of spicy fennel sausage, mozzarella, and roasted bell peppers. The cheese was super stretchy, and the whole shebang came out in a jiffy. Service isn't the fastest if you need a follow up on your initial order, but in their defense, there's usually only one or two folks supporting a mob of patrons (locals and people staying at the hotel - this is a hotel bar).
Fast and friendly service, nice selection and deliciously crafted cocktails. Centrally located. District M is a great place to grab a drink before/after a show.
We was told kitchen close at 12am it close at 10p the night manger was no help and gave a piece of paper for some Italians restaurant,the room was ok nothing special for this money they need to offer better service never again
Friendly staff and good pizza/drinks!
