Security guard extremely rude! Every day they close 10 mins before. As we speak I’m outside & 2 other clients have come to try to buy goods. A manager should look into closing on time not 10 mins before.
Extremely bad experience, I have earned $20 reward from Hmart app, and I walked long way to this location to redeem my reward to a $20 voucher to be able to use next time, but none of the cashiers know how to process it, they told me only a manager at Customer Service counter can process this. I walked to Customer Service, nobody there! Then 1 employee told me manager was out to lunch won’t be back for another 40 minutes, and another employee said the manager is not coming to store at all today:((( how ridiculous!!! The manager just taking off, not doing their job WITHOUT delegating his /her task!!! They certainly have no respect for customer’s time!!!
Very clean, large and organized supermarket. The majority of goods are East Asian with a heavy Korean selection (obviously, but someone may not know). Definitely worth the trek away from Main Street when your in Flushing. Be sure to check out their website to see what specials they have because you may feel like a kid in a candy shop and want it all.
Absolutely hate being followed around a store. It was so uncomfortable and unnecessary when I was only looking for miso paste and to be directed in the right direction. Instead I got an Asian man following me and looking at me crazy when I ask for miso. If you’re gonna ask employees to follow me around at least make sure they know their work surroundings so they can help me shop along the way. I’d rather go to Great Wall any day.

The shelves were well-stocked and neatly arranged, and the entire store had a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The staff were also friendly and helpful, further enhancing my shopping experience. Overall, I highly recommend H Mart to anyone looking for a well-organized and clean supermarket with a fantastic selection of Korean items.
