Its just ok, nothing special. I Got marinated spicy pork and marinated kalbi, and the thin oxtail. I saw the butchery on Instagram so drove there(Murray hill) excited to try but most of the prepacked meals were not available( they said the kitchen was renovating) and the marinated meat i got was just so so, nothing special.The spicy pork I got was actually worse than most of the grocery stores I buy from, It was actually disappointing. I wouldn't recommend if you had to go out of your way to drive there. I would definitely not go back. The employees were nice and friendly.
I come here on rare occasions for their ribeye. It's similar to the wagyu-angus hybrid I've ordered online and the ribeye here is about half the price so I'd say the pricing is great. I always refer them to my steak-loving friends!
I am a regular customer. I usually get 5 lbs Thin sliced brisket, Pork belly, LA short ribs, and marinated Pork shoulder(just need to add veggies of my choice) So far I am always satisfied with the quality and price. The packaging is also neat and easy to break it up into smaller portions.
Great customer service with best staff. This place has best quality of meats all the time. I liked all different marinated meats but my daughter’s favorite is thin sliced pork belly. They have best pork belly ever.
I go here to buy meats and kimchi as much as I can. Their meats are of high quality. The staff are super friendly. ❤️More importantly, they have pork Jowl!!
