AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I regret coming here to fix my phone. This past week it started shutting down by random, so I decided to take it to the Apple store to see if it was just my battery malfunctioning. Turns out everything inside was completely destroyed due to “a third party repair” and now completely irreparable. I need to purchase another phone now. GREAT. Edit After Owner’s Response: This review is based on your service Young, not your next door competitor. I never got a battery replacement with you. I only came in to fix the back part of the phone because it shattered. You “fixed” the back part but according to Apple, you left tons of glue, hanging wires, your glue damaged the phone’s battery. Making it irreparable. Response to your response: The Apple commentary clearly states it was damaged through a third party repair, it did not have any water damage or else that’s what the comment would’ve said. “Water damage”. The comment from Apple clearly states “damage was due to a third party repair”. NOT by water damage. And you’re the only one who’s “repaired” my phone. I never took it elsewhere.
Young gave my iPad a detailed evaluation when I brought it in for glass replacement. He identified further issues and told me if he needed to order extra parts he would let me know beforehand. He managed to use refurbished/on hand parts so only charged me for the glass replacement. Due to a mix up on pickup date, he gave me a further discount on the repair. From the first interaction on Yelp to the final pick up, Young was prompt and courteous. My repair took two days and cost fifty to a hundred dollars less than other repair shop estimates.
Wish I had a before and after pic. Amazing job! Young, has been extremely courteous and nice helping me with my broken phone. Very knowledgeable and well versed in technology. Full confidence in him in all his abilities. He has even spared time to talk with me after hours in regards to my phone. Fully reccomend and a great price too!
Polite and friendly staff, affordable $50 or $70 options for iPhone 6s screen replacement, done in less than 30 minutes, and they also gave me a free screen protector and iphone case. Would highly recommend this business to others and would definitely give them my business again
It's fantastic. I'm not kidding one bit. The staff was polite and professional, the service was fast, and the price was just right, cheaper than all other competitors. But look for it inside the A.R Mart, it's not a free-standing business. But it's worth it 100% I even got a complementary screen protector and charging cable!
