I absolutely love this K-beauty shop! They carry all my favorite Korean skincare brands, and everything arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. Agnes really knows the products and helped me choose the right routine for my skin. It’s so refreshing to find a store that offers great prices, authentic items. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Palace Beauty Metro! I purchased several items as Christmas gifts, and Agnes went above and beyond by beautifully decorating them with ribbons and even including complimentary products. Their customer service is exceptional and truly makes you feel valued. The store offers a wide selection of beauty and skincare products at very reasonable prices, making it easy to find something for everyone. I first discovered Centiles cosmetics at my favorite store, palacebeautymetro. Every morning, I spritz it with mist, and my skin feels incredibly moisturized and refreshed. I also love using it in a foaming container. You can also soak a cotton pad and wipe it off. Lately, I've been trying the oil they sell, and it's perfect for cold, dry weather. I absolutely love Centiles cosmetics. The owner is friendly and provides thorough explanations, so I highly recommend this wonderful store.

I live close by and everytime that I would go I would spend $60-$100 plus. The last time I went I bought a VERY EXPENSIVE shampoo. This shampoo irritated my scalp and caused dandruff after the first use. I looked online and this product had very bad reviews with the same issues being described. The following visit I brought it to (female)the worker attention. I wasn't expecting or asking for a refund. I just brought it to her attention so she would know. Plus, you would think they only want to sell the best since they a wanna be upscale beauty salon. Anyhow, the lady showed zero compassion. She should of said "oh no, sorry that happened to you. " Instead all she said was ask me if I deep conditioned my hair. Yes I did and even if I had not, my scalp should of not reacted like that. I left, I didn't buy anything and never went back. Place is never busy.

I’m not very familiar with Korean skincare products, but when I visited this store, I found a good variety of items in different price ranges. The staff answered my questions clearly and gave me a few samples to try, which I appreciated. If you’re unsure about which Korean beauty products might work for you or are looking for something to give as a gift, this place can be helpful.
