The customer service here is incredibly helpful and sweet. I found everything I needed with ease, thanks to the attentive staff. The person assisting us took the time to explain each cream and its benefits, making the experience even better. This store is now my go-to!

Mihee was so helpful and found exactly what I was looking for! She gave me multiple recommendations for exfoliating masks that still moisturize, I didn’t even have to tell her that my skin is typically dry. I will definitely come here again!

Cari at Aritaum KTP is THE BEST! Everyone go here - she asked pertinent questions about my skincare and concerns, and had detailed personalized recommendations for me. Cari's professionalism and knowledge is top star. I am sometimes lazy with my skincare, but I appreciated how Cari encouraged me and shared the benefits of a night-care routine (rather than making me feel ashamed about my laziness). I really liked the vast selection at Aritaum and am happy my Sulwhasoo set was on sale! I will absolutely return to Aritaum KTP!
