I went on Sunday to look at the new lip balms but ended up leaving and wanting to take some Q-tips and cotton rounds. However, when I was about to leave, they made me put them back and in the same area the clean ones are in. First of all, that’s super unsanitary. Second of all, the fact they made me put them back instead of possibly just letting me take them or throwing them away is just shocking. This company makes millions of dollars, but they couldn’t just let me have some Q-tips and cotton rounds? They have no idea where my hands have been, and people are going to put them on their face. Not to mention, when I was about to walk out, they shouted across the store to tell me not to take them. They could’ve just walked up to me and told me to throw them away or stopped me before I took more. Super horrible way to deal with this. Please get better employees. Do better.
It's their 7th year anniversary right now so we got goodies after spending $120, but that's not why I'm giving it 5 stars. We've been going here for about 5 years now and customer service is great. The ladies who work there are always so attentive and helpful. They always help us look for what we need. They also explain how the products are supposed to be used in case you/we didn't know how it works. Since there are steps on how to use the products, they help explain what should be used first up to the last one. Overall, it's a good store. Just sad that mamonde has been discontinued or isn't at this store anymore, but it's okay because we found other alternatives. 😄
This one is for my girl Gina. I have been a long time but somewhat infrequent customer. I won one of their instagram raffles (which I highly recommend you go follow because they are always doing them @aritaumcmp) but I was a month+ behind on picking it up. By the time I got in there they could barely find the record of me, but Gina had my back. That day she sent me home with a bunch of free samples while she check with the owner to make sure I could still get the lip kit. She called me back 2 days later with good news and was so kind when I picked it up (and gave me more free sample.) Their customer service is stellar and they have competitive prices for those KBeauty items that have made their way to the mainstream (also always in stock.) I will be a lifelong customer. Also, free parking in the garage plaza so don't waste money on street parking.
I love the eye make up & brushes. I drove to this location from Las Vegas because this make up is so worth it. I love make up and this is a true value. I also have sensitive skin and this make up never breaks me out. The employees at this location are wonderful.
Courteous & knowledgeable sales associate. Very "luxe" skin care products. Really nice gift sets. Free off street parking at California Marketplace. Highly recommend.
